There are only a few individual reviews available on this product to date and there seems to be a general opinion that it does provide some degree of comfort.  Topricin Pain Relief Cream was noted in one review to be less than "magic" but did offer some relief upon immediate application but not much for the long haul.  This reviewer also was not pleased with the container and thought the price should be lower and put more into a dispenser that works efficiently.  One important factor in the ingredient listing was "paraben free".
